Schladming is not only a paradise for winter sports but also a great destination in summer. Climbers and all those who love extreme sports such as rafting and canyoning will enjoy the area. Many spectacular climbing trips to the Dachstein, guided or alone, await you.
If you appreciate more security, guided tours on safe climbing paths are available. A great tour is climbing up the ‘Johann’ on the Dachstein. Altogether, the tour takes about 7 hours with 3 hours for the ‘Johann’ route. The cliff to conquer on this tour is about 600 m high.
The Youth & Family Guesthouse Schladming is located in the center of Schladming and a 5 min walk from the Planai cable car. The newly refurbished and enlarged guesthouse offers comfortable rooms. In addition, the gueshouse is equipped with a fun court for ball games and a sauna for relaxation.
